obviously not a fault of the book itself but it does lag a bit in terms of its age (i bought in a charity shop near campus!) though i have a feeling it's all still equally relevant. i think the bouncing between american and british healthcare systems bounces between adding important context and confusing the reader a little BUT this is still a very good and VERY accessible takedown of how truly fucked medicine is.
